The CAT Advanced series circuit breaker analyzers & timers are stand-alone or a PC-controlled digital instruments for circuit breakers condition assessments. The timing channels record closing and opening of the arcing, resistor and auxiliary contacts. The main contact channels can also measure the resistance value of the pre-insertion resistors (if present in the circuit breaker). CAT Advanced series records graphs of both, open and close coil currents and displacements of the HV and MV circuit breaker moving parts. Test results are printed on the 112 mm (4.4 inch) thermal printer (optional accessory) in tabular and graphical form.
Amperis presents its new range of test equipment for CAT switches. These switch analyzers stand out for their simplicity and ease of operation. It allows the measurement of the resistance of the pre-insertion resistors and has 3 timing channels for the main and resistive contacts. You can download the test results in USB to perform a detailed analysis of the test results with the DV-Win software or its printing on the optional thermal printer.
The industry leader in the use of Photoacoustic Spectroscopy and Non-Dispersive Infrared technologies and has deployed thousands of systems in the field. With over 40 years of experience
The AMCCB-500 is a microprocessor-based high current circuit breaker test set. This unit provides a variable high current source, control, metering, and timing circuitries for testing overload relays and thermal and magnetic circuit breakers.
The HVBT-75 is microprocessor-based, portable, dc 75 kV vacuum bottle testers. These lightweight, portable testers are designed for testing circuitbreaker vacuum bottles in the field and at the shop. A turn-and-press knob is used to control the unit. An RS-232C interface port is provided for factory calibration and diagnostic testing.
The Power supply for testing circuit breakers CBPOB30AD is a power supply unit employing the latest power electronics technology. The circuit breaker tester CBPOB30D generates ripple free DC-voltage and it is developed for regular maintenance tests of power circuit breakers. Output voltage is selectable from 10V to 300V DC.
Sulfur hexafluoride Analyzer Transdox SF6 - Regular checking of SF6 gas insulated substations allows fault preventative maintenance programs to be implemented, and increases the life cycle of the SF6.
The Transdox 3100C is the latest high precision gas analyzer designed for controlling and monitoring the quality of SF6 in gas insulated sub-stations and circuit breakers.

The AMCCB-250 is a programmable, high-current source designed specifically for testing molded-case circuit breakers as well as thermal, magnetic, or solid-state overload motor-protection relays.
The Amperis Universal Power Supply (CBUPS) is designed to meet a utility company’s substation needs for an independent AC/DC power source. The CBUPS’ AC and DC voltage sources can each supply up to 10 amperes.
The CBT-8000 is Amperis’ fourth generation EHV circuit breaker analyzer. The CBT-8000 is available with 3 or 6 contact timing channels. The CBT-8000 can fully analyze a circuit breaker’s performance by measuring the main contact and resistor contact time, stroke, velocity, over-travel, bounce back and contact wipes. Inexpensive and easy to use.
CBT-7500/S2 - Its contact movement analysis includes: Open, Close, Open-Close, Close-Open, and Open-Close-Open. The timing window is selectable for periods of 1 to 10 seconds. The 10-second window allows for timing long events. Inexpensive and easy to use.
The CBT-7000 is Amperis’ fourth generation EHV circuit breaker analyzer. The CBT-7000 is available with 3 or 6 contact timing channels. The CBT-7000 can fully analyze a circuit breaker’s performance by measuring the main contact and resistor contact time, stroke, velocity, over-travel, bounce back and contact wipes.
The Amperis DigiAMR is an inexpensive, easy to use digital circuit breaker analyzer. The DigiAMR can be operated stand-alone or can be computer controlled. It can fully analyze a circuit-breaker’s performance by testing the contact time, stroke, velocity, over-travel, and contact wipe
It measures the elapsed time from the instant a breaker coil is energized to the instant of opening or closing of a circuit-breaker’s dry contacts. In addition to timing a breaker’s contact response time, the CBT-3500 can also time relays or other switching functions that use an initiating trigger voltage (30 - 300 Volts DC or AC).
